Google Maps gets an update focused on Google My Business. This update focuses on allowing consumers and customers to message businesses in more ways as well as allow business owners registered on Google to see more local maps insights and analytics in order to help them understand how customers are finding their business on Google.
This update also allows for customers to message with businesses via Google posts. This will definitely be interesting to see how well these new messaging features will perform.
